I recently purchased your e-paper shield and would like to hook it up to an arduino uno.

I am not clear on where the SPI pins are located on the e-paper shield. Do you have a simple circuit diagram or pinout chart available for this shield?

Thank you for your time!

Thank you for your reply.

I have already found and tried to refer to the elecpaper.pdf file.

I am unsure about the 'pinout' / Wire Diagram in order to connect to the
linksprite board. Please point me to an image or document that explains
which pins/pads should be used to connect the board via SPI.

Please see this image ...

I need to know which pin numbers the bottom row of wires are connected to.

You need connect 8 wires:

Thank you for your reply.

I followed the wiring example given in the picture. However, the device is
NOT displaying anything on the screen.

The device is powering up, and the LED light is responding to when I send
commands using the example application.

When I follow the steps for the Arduino application. It says "completed"
for each of the 1,2,3,4 functions that you can call from the example
application.

When sending the image to the device, it waits for some time and then says
completed.
There is no image showing on the screen.

I have double checked my connections, and am assuming that I am connected
correctly because the example application is responding with "completed"

Please advise on what I can do?

Is the screen on the unit bad?

Have I hooked something up incorrectly?

Is there something I can do to check / diagnose the issue?

Please let me know.

Thank you!

Did you mean that you used the E-paper shield with Arduino?

Then this post would help you: http://learn.linkspr...les-on-arduino/

Yes, your mark is correct.

Did you solder the pin headers on the shield?
If you don't , then you must be sure the 7 wires is well connected.

Then another possibility is the screen connector(see the red frame):

E paper connector
