I'm using the RS485 v2 Arduino shield and SoftwareSerial to interface with a sensor.  It communicates fine at 38400 baud, but at 57600 there are a few CRC errors and at 115200 every message has CRC errors.  The sensor has been tested with the hardware serial and it works at 115200 baud.  The communications cable is 2 feet of shielded twisted pair.  Are there any known issues with SoftwareSerial and/or the RS485 v2 shield at 115200 baud?

No. This is related to your arduino softwareserial implementation. I don't think softwareserial can be that fast.
