Hi,

I would try to use my easy cap video capture with my pcduino but it doesn't work sad.gif

I don't know if I need to add drivers ? If yes, I didn't find it on the net.

Here is the result of lsusb command:

Bus 001 Device 002: ID 05e1:0408 Syntek Semiconductor Co., Ltd STK1160 Video Capture Device

Thanks in advance

Thanks Lisa-Li for your response,

I'm not comfortable with linux. What do you mean by "pcDuino support open source client installation" ?

I tried to use VLC without success. Do you have recommandations to use my easy cap video capture with pcduino?

I used it on windows XP (with drivers given on cdrom) with success. Software is "smart video capture".

Thanks in advance for your help.

Sorry for my english, I'm french ..

This might add a little to your confusion so I apologize in advance if it does.

There are different versions of the Easycap device. I would take a little time to become familiar with the hardware version differences and more importantly find out what version you have.
