I want to drive a standard servo using the pwm signal on the pcduin8 uno. The PCDuino specs state that the freq can be 520Hz or 5 Hz. I need the freq set to 50Hz (20msec). Does anyone have examples of driving a servo with the pcduino? I am not using the Arduino library. I am using the /sys/devices/virtual/misc/.

It too bad the PCDuinos cannot drive a simple servo at 50Hz without bit banging. This problem needs to be fixed in the new PCDuinos. Many of us use the PCDuinos for robotics.

Hi:

I want to use the PcDuino8 UNO to drive two servo motors. I understand the current board does not generate PWM signals. Can you at least provide an alternative solution? For example, is there any PWM daughter board compatible with PcDuino8 we can purchase (via SPI, I2C, etc) and the corresponding software we can download and install?
